    If, after receiving one of our products, you decide that you don't like it, just contact us for a returns number and send it back to us within 28 days and we'll give you your money back.
You are responsible for returning the product, as new, in its original packaging. On receipt of the goods the purchase price will be refunded minus any initial shipping fee.


Warranty
All of our products are warranted for a period of 12 months from purchase and is transferable to any subsequent owner, with the following conditions:
  • A defective product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, we will do what we think is best.
  • Parts and labour are covered with the following exceptions; abuse, misuse, and normal wear and tear.
  • Delivery to and from Diago is the responsibility of the owner.
  • A returns number must be obtained before returning a product. It will not be accepted without one.
  • If repairs and / or modifications are made by anyone other than Diago then the warranty becomes void.


Packaging
All products are packaged as well as is reasonably possible and, as you would expect, should arrive in perfect condition. If your product arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will issue you with a reference number and arrange to resolve the matter.


Law
The contract between Diago and a Purchaser is governed by the laws of England and the Purchaser agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts
