Asker is a three-piece indie rock band from Minneapolis, USA. Formed in 2011, the group released an EP a few months later. The EP was recorded at Roosevelt Recordings in Minnesota and mixed/mastered by Jack Vondrachek. In Summer 2012, Asker traveled to Nashville and recorded their sophomore release, “The Escape Room”, which was recorded at Schematic Studios, produced by Dave Elkins from Mae, and mixed by Tom Garneau (Prince, etc). Asker is now signed to Schematic Records and plans to release “The Escape Room” through Schematic on September 22, 2012. Jack Vondrachek uses a Showman Pedalboard.
